Pothole in verge causing puddling on pathway

Verge outside 53&55 mill lane has a pothole in cause water to pool and puddle on pathway and make it messy due to mud, can be difficult for pedestrians to get past if it has been raining quite a lot. Even when weather is good it takes a while for it to go and when it does there’s a big dip in the verge
