Parking on double yellows

Some people keep parking outside the doctors on double yellows, often parking on the actual pavement so path users have to walk in the road. Very selfish considering there is a car park right next to the doctors. I will continue to report everytime I see them from now on as I shouldn’t have to put myself and my two children at risk by walking in the road with my pram because someone can’t be bothered to park in a car park 10 meters from the surgery’s entrance. Selfish
