Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 689995.

At the side of the old Constiutional Club (Victoria Grove side) the builders renovating the building have a build up of rubbish, which is encouraging fly tipping. The latest thing to be dumped is a TV, dumped by a departing resident of Shepherd House on 15/9.
