Access restriction post removed
Reported via Android in the Public Right of Way footpath category anonymously at 17:26, Wed 25 December 2024
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6896279.
The house next to Crofton school alleyway has removed a Access post from the ally way. You can tell it is them from the photos as they have removed there garden fence panel to create an in out driveway using the alleyway. This is now a safety issue for school children using this as access to school it needs permanently fixed posts like the other end of the ally

A job was raised on a 35 day order on the 8/1/ 2025 and has not exceeded the completion time frame.
Our contractors are currently working through a backlog due to the poor weather condition experienced from the turn of the Year, and have made as aware that they are trying to resource the bollards needed for this job Unfortunately delays are expected.

Now a skip lorry has been driving up onto this section and has put a skip here. Also there have been vans of the workers driving down the alleyway between the bungalow that removed the post and the school. Please hurry and sort this situation out before someone gets hurt or worse killed

Heavy vehicles are allowed in the footpath and are cutting public trees while school rush. This is dangerous and not why you allow them to cut public plants?
