Car parked on junction

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6895157.

Car is repeatedly parked on the junction of where the two roads meet together causing an obstructed view of people coming in and out of the road and increasing the risk of cars colliding due to the restricted view and restricted space to manevoure around the car. This has been happening for a number of months now.
