Sewage smell Ladygrove Loop Path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6892542.

There is a strong smell of sewage on the Ladygrove footpath, near lamp post marked D15 towards higher numbered lamp posts. It looks like a film of stagnant water in the Ditch by the railway. Do Thames Water have leakages, I would not expect to see or smell sewage in that area next to a public footpath?
