Driveway is deteriorating. Uneven and used frequently by vulnerable pedestrians.

The driveway outside 3 Newcombe Road, has been crumbling away and as a result many people (children and adults) have tripped over it. We have elderly people who use the path regularly in this area. We are concerned that this is a pressing health and safety matter. The deterioration has been happening over a period of years. There was a report filed some time ago by my husband (we are the tenants) but the council have closed it down. I filed the report again on 3/7/24 but the council closed it down again at 1:02 on 21/12/24. With no reason as to why. This still remains a health and safety concern and poses a risk to our elderly next door neighbour who frequently uses the pavement.
