Fault is with the pedestrian traffic lights heading towards west malling station

Fault: The pedestrian traffic lights at the top of west malling bypass Ashton way heading down towards west malling railway station, The lights go to Red when no one is crossing, then turn green allow 6 cars to go through then turn back to red again. This has been happening for the past 2 weeks. Kind Regards Miss L Wilson
