Overgrown hedges

Reported via mobile in the Tree Requires Pruning category anonymously at 11:27, Sun 22 December 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6890258.

We have moved into 38 Hayes Way, BR3 6RL which is in a conservation area. The height of the hedge outside the house makes it extremely difficult to take our cars out or in as we cannot see road traffic when pulling out nor pedestrians on the path when pulling in. Please cut the height of these hedges ASAP.

  • Please can the left side hedge (when looking towards the house) be cut back as not only is is high but is encroaching on our entrance way so we cannot drive straight into the driveway. Thanks

  • As you look at the house the hedge on the right has been cut to an acceptable level. The hedge on the left is still too high and there have been a number of near misses with other cars. This is extremely dangerous for my family. Please ensure this is cut much lower.
