Litter debris on roads and pavements

Leaf debris built up over months (perhaps years)causing slippery surfaces, drain blockages along Albany Road also close to clinic and bus stops. Pedestrians cannot cross roads. Residents alone cannot remove leaf debris. This is not an isolated area. Look around your city.
