Potholes bored of reporting now!!!

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6889288.

I have reported this in the past with no successful repair. Just kept being updated as done. Another person in this road has reported too and they've come out tonight (Yes tonight) when there is no SUN... to check them with a torch. He's spent 30 seconds down the road. (All caught on CCTV) and then got in his van and drove off. Updated with "No further action". The lying workman was caught on CCTV. I also have pictures of the road from a drone if needed I can upload.
