Unauthorised parking
Reported in the Car parking category anonymously at 15:57, Sun 13 September 2015
Sent to Brent Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 688806.
Plenty of unauthorised cars parking inside our Estate which is in theory monitored by UKPC. At night thereĀ“s plenty of anti social behaviour coming from youngsters parked inside the state who spend hours drinking and smoking.

If it is monitored by UKPC, it is going to be private land. Even if it is Brent council housing, you would want Brent Housing Partnership: http://www.bhphousing.co.uk/ bhpv2.nsf/ Pages/ BHP-37 rather than the council.
Whilst I think the council knows which property BHP manages, and may forward this, it can take over half a working week for the council customer service desk to read email reports (which is how FMS reaches them).
If it is housing association, or privately owned, the council will have no connection with it for parking, and the housing association or police will deal with any anti-social behaviour.
The small council rented and large rented social other figures on https://www.streetcheck.co.uk/ postcode/ nw103rf suggest it is housing association property.
The "Is road adopted? no" line on https://forms.brent.gov.uk/ servlet/ ep.ext?extId=222734&reference=202150908&st=PRnew&noprint=y confirms that the council is not responsible for that road.
