Missing manhole cover
Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6884063.
This manhole cover has been missing since the flooding in August. Someone placed a barrier around it which has fallen into the waterway and it was marked on the path. It is an open hole along a busy footpath with children walking to school and dog walkers. There is a real danger that someone could fall in and be seriously injured as it is hard to see in the grass.
