Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6882590.

Parking restrictions by pedestrian entrance to school on Donalds Way. These are ignored and requires addressing. Parked cars have engines running impacting air quality. Cars often speeding in a small close. Particular problem 8.30-9.00, and 15.10 -15.30
