This has previously been reported several times over several years, nothing has been done, There are frequent parking violations where visitors on Lona fast food outlet and the Hookah bar next to Sainsbury's park on the zigzag lines, the police do nothing other than drive past the vehicles which are parked upon zigzag lines. This statement of fact and truth should be used for supporting evidence for an insurance investigation assisting a victim hit by a vehicle whilst using the crossing, or to assist the Coroner if the victim of a fatality is rendered incapable of self representation. There is also the matter of speeding vehicles, again this has been identified as patrons of the Hookah bar and Lona food outlets, this is not a matter of exceeding the 20 MPH limit but the national speed limit of 70MPH,the later would be the certainty of a fatality, again the police have proved incapable for implementing law enforcement, and to the contrary show fear and favour by not enforcing the law as a civic duty.
