This is a constant issue every time it rains heavy for over 15 years flooding occurs,the grid is not draining yet again causing damage to the road you filled a big pot hole in last week ,now it is causing damage to my drop kerb and degrading my tarmac on my drive way can you please address this constant issue with this grid.

Our jetting sites are scored on a risk based matrix, higher scoring gullies will be priority.
