Bin wagon can’t turn corner on end of the close

I’m just wondering if you can help with this problem Iv also email my housing officer too. Lee who lives at number 33 Tarporley close Sk38ne. He has 2 Jeep style cars he’s told me that one won’t start (broken) that’s been parked in the same spot for over 12 months now but he also has the same car in black what he uses. Each time the bin wagon come it can’t get around the bend of the road due to his 2 cars. Mainly the silver broken car being parked at the end of the close on the bend of the road. The corner of the road got made wider so the bin wagon could get around it without ripping all the grass up and making a mess of it due to it all going to sloppy mud and not hitting the tree with the top of the bin wagon. Iv asked Lee (num 33) if he wants help to push the broken car in to an actual parking spot in the middle of the street but he has not taken me up on the offer. Now the corner of the road (grass) is so bad there is sloppy mud everywhere. These pictures are from what the big wagon has done over only a 2 weeks period. due to Lees 2 cars parked the way that are. I would really appreciate it if there is something you can do about this problem as it’s now gotten so bad I’d appreciate it if it’s possible you could ask him if he could move one of the cars so the bin wagon can get around the corner. I also have cctv of the big wagon struggling to get around the corner if u need that.
