Water coming up from manhole cover at entrance to field at Dorfold Hall, resulting in a steady large flow of water down Chester Road to then create a flood at the traffic lights with Welsh Row, Waterlode and Taylor Drive. Exit from Taylor drive is partially flooded preventing cars from using the correct lane for the junction. This repeatedly happens after any large downpour of rain.
