Siezed drain under leaves. Gully cleaners completely ignored it 2 weeks ago. I reported this blocked drain over a year ago and its still not been cleared. When heavy rain the flooding goes over the pavement into gardens

I keep the drain clear as much as I can, however it's fully blocked with mud and I can't clear it any longers. This has been blocked for over a year. I spoke to the Gulley cleaning team a few weeks back and was told to report it as seized. The drain is directly outside 23 Croftend Avenue, G44 5PD
