Scaffolding Planks/Poles obstructing Christmas Steps

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6879671.

Reporting scaffolding has been erected so planks / poles are sticking out into the footway on bottom section of Christmas Steps, not lit or illuminated, people are walking into poles at night. Hazard
