Blinding lights from SHELL PETROL STATION

( Light pollution from high intensity lights. ) Petrol station has multiple high intensity lights around the forecourt that are projecting out down the A146 blinding traffic approching the roundabout. In some weather conditions the lights are so bright drivers cannot see the traffic island or the unlit roundabout. Its not helped that the speed limit is WAY too high on the approach and around the small city roundabout which is on this main route.
