Frequent flooding of road

Reported via mobile in the Flooding on Road category anonymously at 20:02, Tue 17 December 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6874323.

Earls Lane at this point floods pretty much every time there is heavy rainfall. High risk to traffic as bend in road means extent of flooding not visible to oncoming traffic and vehicles moving to middle of road to avoid deepest water, but again at point at which hard to see by drivers coming in the opposite direction. Further health and safety risks will be created in event of freezing following flooding. Flooding risk to nearby properties has been reported separately by other users.
