Almost 2 years of a key traffic light bagged and hidden.
Not reported to council
I previously raised this with the council that said it was a temporary safety solution. It is nonesense. When waiting at the light driving north, if you are in the first two rows of cars, you have no idea if the light is green or not. Utterly ridiculous to claim covering the key light is a safe solution to a non-problem.
