Deep pothole (someone's put a traffic cone in it) on bend

As one drives along the B3084 from Broughton towards Mottisfont. In the dip under the trees by Bunny Copse, there is a very large and deep pothole on the bend. Around 600mm diameter, possibly bigger. It's right on the bend and causes cars to swerve into the path of oncoming traffic despite the bend being somewhat blind. This is likely to cause an accident sooner or later.
