Horrendous flooding - extremely dangerous

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6870807.

This issue is not going away as we seem the have constant rain! The road floods on one side and means cars drive on the other (wrong) side of the road. People do drive at speed in this location as there is a dip down to the A40.
