Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 686995.

Fly tipping in lay by next to houses. General house hold and garden waste tipped. Reports on Streetlife say that a Suzuki Jimmy was seen to tip rubbish but no reg plate was noted.
