Fly tipping outside house 32 Rays Road

Sent to Enfield Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6869850.

Fly tipped Rubbish continually being dumped on the pavement. It is now impossible to walk on the pavement. It has been here 2 months and growing daily.
