Noisy manhole cover has been loose for months

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6869762.

This clatters all-day and night when a car drives over it.... It's in the middle of the road but because there are parked cars on the road cars run over the white lines...It's annoying and keeps me awake!!!! It's been loose for months but I've only just found a place to report it
