Damage to fence

Damage to fence which was installed as part of s106 agreement with OCC so it is your problem it isn't the land owners problem as it isn't on their land it is on highways as you were the ones who wanted it installed. Please do your investigation rather than close it down. Jon Hicks on highways can do firm that this is correct! If it is t going to be fixed then wouldn't it be best if it was removed altogether.
