Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6868226.

Hi the man hole cover at the exit of dimsdale street on to Cowbridge has dropped which is causing a trip hazard as you cross the road. also when a car or big lorry goes over this it make my house to shake and vibrating, if this is through the night it wakes us up. this has been like this for a bout 2 weeks now.
