    Drain cover still not fixed despite two visits from your maintenance people. As you can see from the picture the cover is still jammed and not fitted correctly with one side raised. The cover is also cracked as a result of previous attempts to fix it. Please can we have an update on what is happening? This has been reported several times and is still not fixed.
