This is the at the back of the even numbered houses on Harper Road L9 1DP and has been reported several times since the summer. This photo was taken today (16/12/24) and it’s still there!!! Please can it be cleared asap.

  • I’ve given up reporting it now and just hope that nothing ever happens where the residents need to use this in an emergency or workman have to use it. Even the cats walk along the walls because the path is inaccessible to them!
