Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6867895.

Lots of litter around the area along the river, in the bushes and on the ground. Unsightly and harmful to the wildlife around this area of town. Litter in general is a big problem across Hertford.
