Hedge obstructing footpath

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6864058.

On the corner of Sefton Place there is a lehlandii hedge which obstructs 50% of the footpath making it impassable to pram users, forcing them onto the road as the opposite path is commonly obstructed by vehicles. The hedge also obstructs the vision splay, creating further hazard again due to parked cars on the opposite side of Sefton place.
