Again the bin by the bus stop is continually used to fly tip. The foxes and vermin are attracted due to food waste and other types of refuse. Either remove this bin totally or make an example covert camera and catch the offenders. We have cleaned up the mess so many times as it is a danger and health and safety issue. To motorists and pedestrians this has gone on to long .
