Darin pipe exposed on side of road

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6863714.

There is a drain pipe that was fitted approx 3 weeks ago on the side of the road., which is now exposed. This is due to lorries running over the bank and ripping the muddy bank away. There is only mud covering the pipe. A kerb should have been put in to protect the pipe.
