Veolia not picking up rubbish on Mile End Road

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 16:02, Mon 7 September 2015

Sent to Tower Hamlets Borough Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 686257.

LB Tower Hamlets need to remind Veolia of the standards expected for rubbish collection. They need to remove the rubbish in the bags AND the rubbish on the pavement.

This is the rubbish bin outside the former St Clements Hospital - inbetween British Street Estate and Brokesley Street.

Yet another problem with the lack of proper refuse collection associated with the Transport for London Cycle Superhighway 2 upgrade (for three months since June 2015) !!

Updates

  • Some effort to clean up happened next day - however when I looked there was new litter already on the ground.
