Polluted water running into stream from railway embankment

Two locations where water runs into Trent park streams looking polluted. Thames water have been contacted (according to Enfield Council staff member) and closed case. I worry that dogs and wildlife are drinking from these streams and becoming ill. I think the what three words locations are funny.tones.milk and shall.costs.saints
