Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6860304.

Cars parked covering tactile pavement making it impossible for disabled users to cross the road safely, Also these cars are parked so close to the entrance to the roundabout that leaving the close you have to be on the wrong side of the road, there needs to double yellow lines down as this is dangerous as you can't see down the road due fence blocking your veiw
