Parked completely obstructing the path, no way of walking beside the vehicle. Wheelchair or pram would have to go into the road to get round. Access for an emergency service vehicle such as an ambulance or fire engine would struggle to get through. This is a regular issue for this street with other vehicles but particularly this van. This is on Mayland Avenue, between 16 and 18.
