Abandoned caravan

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6856512.

The old looking caravan appeared on the public road some months ago and is just down from the exit from Whimbrel Close so you have to drive around it each time you leave the close. It shows no sign that anyone is living in it and at least one of the tyres looks flat.
