Fence around public space has fallen onto the drive of my property.

Fence panels around the public space at the edge of Tranmere Avenue in front of the Council owned houses has fallen down onto the drive of my property at 52 Tranmere Avenue. Can you please fix the fence and remove the fallen panels off my property.
