5 Clarence Ave using recycling boxes to 'reserve' parking in the road, happening daily at various times during the day, can they be sent a letter (again, this happened 2 years ago and you dealt with it, but started happening again in recent weeks) kindly reminding them parking is first come first served and not to leave items in the road.
