2x lampposts missing light heads. Assume no longer in use.

As the provided photos show, there are two lampposts on Penn Street that are missing light heads. As these two lampposts are not marked on the map, I assume that they are no longer in use? If this is the case, please can these two lampposts be removed.
If they are still in use, please can they be fitted with new lights.
