A couple of weeks now rubbish has been loosely flying away from this bin area. Clarion Housing are usually responsible for the general waste bins and has a care taker attend weekly. This isn't being sorted out by clarion or reported as missed collection by the tenants who live at bickley crescent so it's left like this. Bromley council need to step in
