Car in photograph has been left "abandoned" here, it is blocking the pavement and causing problems for pedestrians.

Please report this issue to Cherwell District Council under the category abandoned vehicle: https://www.cherwell.gov.uk/ report It does have to show certain signs for them to take action, full details on their website, also as they are not parked on any parking restrictions we will not be able to take action from the parking illegally perspective..
