Overgrown hedge obstructing footpath

The hedge growing from the house on the bend is obstructing the footpath, makibg it difficult to get past with a diabilty scooter or pram, pedestrians need to set on tge road to pass each otger on a dangerous bend that you can't see around. The hedge needs cutting back all around the property.
