Awful placing of exit onto junction

There used to be two exits from the parking area in front of the shops onto the main bury old road. The exit has never appeared to be any problem. Then the first exit, which most people used, was blocked leaving a most ridiculous exit right out in front of the junction. It causes a huge unnecessary tailback to whitefield as cars trying to turn onto Heywood Rd block the lights and the main road traffic has to give way to a parking area. Cars then chase down Heywood Road still beeping at each other. Swap the exits, unblock the first one and it would resolve this. Thank you
