Street lights for browns wood Walk way starting from sign post to the bend on the red way

These street lights haven't been put on for nearly a year they put them in but they never turn on around this part of the street. This is a safety hazard when people walk home at night isn't safe for anyone and needs to be sorted please help. 🙏 The location is near old farm park Walk way leading up to Browns wood the indication should tell u where it is thank u.
