Temporary Traffic Lights

I was very nearly in a crash this morning where there is a 3 way temporary traffic lights where Shrigley Road and Spuley Lane meet. My temporary traffic lights were on Green when a car came down very fast from Spuley Lane, so I can only assume their lights were green too. Both cars had to slam on the brakes. Assuming the other car didn't skip a red light, then I would advise it be best to check the timings on the lights as they may not have enough delay
